Whether it’s layering carefully cut pieces of glass into a fused glass piece, a mosaic, an enameled piece or stained glass, there is no question that glass is one of my favorite mediums. It’s notoriously hard to photograph and so much juicier in person but here are a few attempts. I actually started my artists journey in jewelry and have included a few past commissions and pieces as well. I still have my set up and am happy to take on a select few commissions. My newest obsession has been thrown and carved pottery. It has allowed me a new and more tactile way to explore my love of nature with an extra focus on highlighting the beauty of indigenous flora.
